Hunter earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law. While in law school, she worked as a Student Law Clerk in the Probate and Estate Planning Clinic. She also served as a student member to many organizations including the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas. She was also a member of the Business Law Society, the Federalist Society, and the Women’s Law Student Association at Texas A&M. Prior to law school, Hunter attended Oklahoma State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, graduating magna cum laude, while also earning a minor in Legal Studies. Hunter is licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
Before joining the Tulsa, Oklahoma divorce lawyers at Stange Law Firm, PC, Hunter spent time as a Legal Intern for Apex Title & Closing Services. In this role, she was tasked with reviewing abstracts for any defects in title and prepared abstracts reviews for attorney approval in real estate transactions. She also assisted with drafting quiet title suits and prepared service for Native American tribes as parties in actions to quiet title. Hunter has also spent time as a Legal Extern for a boutique transactional law firm focused on commercial real estate and lending matters in Fort Worth, Texas where she was tasked with drafting pleadings, reviewing title insurance policies and real property surveys, and researched and analyzed legal real property issues arising from client matters. She also was a Legal Intern for Capital Title of Texas, where she gained more valuable experience with legal research and drafting legal documents. Hunter has also served as a Judicial Intern to Judge Tiffany Haertling in the 442nd District Court of Texas as well as to Judge Mitch McCune for the City of Tulsa Municipal Court.
Outside of her legal practice, Hunter enjoys spending quality time with her family and their three dogs.
