Jack Brill II is a caring Senior Associate Attorney in the firm’s Springfield, MO office location. He is ready and able to assist clients throughout Greene County, Missouri and the surrounding areas.
Jack attended the University of Arkansas School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. Before studying the law, he attended Missouri Southern State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. Jack is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.
Before joining the Springfield, MO divorce lawyers at Stange Law Firm, PC, Jack spent 14 years maintaining his own general practice. This allowed him to gain experience practicing both state and federal criminal law and civil litigation. He also spent time practicing and consulting on federal Indian law matters. Jack also spent over 12 years serving as General Counsel for Downstream Casino Resort. In this role he was responsible for all day to day legal matters ranging from Human Resources to vendor, gaming and entertainment agreements and contracts. He also worked hard to support local Arkansas counsel in the efforts of the Quapaw Nation to place a ballot initiative before the voters of Arkansas to legalize gaming by amending the Constitution of the State of Arkansas. Jack also was the co-author of Quapaw Nation Code of Civil Procedure and Quapaw Nation Criminal Code. Most recently Jack has served as a Special Magistrate for the courts of the Miami Nation of Oklahoma while also co-authoring amendments to the Criminal Offenses Code.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys running and spending time with his wife and children at their sporting events or relaxing at the lake doing a little fishing.
