William Glasscock is a Junior Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm, PC in the firm’s Springfield, MO office and can assist clients throughout Greene County and the surrounding areas.
William graduated from the University of Evansville in Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in History & Political Science. While receiving his undergraduate degree, William was a member of the University’s NCAA Division I swim team, receiving a full athletics scholarship. He also made the Mid-American Conference Athletic Academic Honor Roll as well as his University’s Athletics Honor Roll and was named to the Dean’s List for his academic achievements. William went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he was also the recipient of SIU Law’s Joel and Irene Dell ‘Era Scholarship and served as a student member of The National LGBT Bar Association. William is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.
Prior to joining Stange Law Firm, PC in Greene County, Missouri, William worked as a Per Diem Law Clerk for a firm in San Antonio, Texas. There he exhibited strong legal writing and research skills that assisted in the suppression of evidence and dismissal of cases for the firm’s clients. He also worked as a Research Assistant for the Williamson County, Illinois State’s Attorney where he was personally selected to assist with the legal research and drafting of an article that was published in SIU’s Law Journal titled, “Conflict and Confusion: The Legal and Constitutional Landscape of Purchasing a Firearm in the Wake of Illinois’ Legalization of Cannabis.” William also spent time as a Law Clerk for a firm in Marion, Illinois where he gained experience with drafting legal documents, ranging from pleadings to discovery, as well as legal research, and client interviews.
When he is not practicing law, William enjoys fitness and spending time in the gym weightlifting. He also enjoys cooking and spending quality time outdoors.
