Mack Curry is a Senior Associate Attorney in the firm’s Topeka, Kansas office. Mack brings a well-rounded legal and financial background to his practice, with experience handling a wide variety of complex matters. His approach is grounded in careful preparation, practical problem-solving, and helping clients understand their options as they navigate important decisions.
Mack earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law and later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Wealth Management from Texas A&M University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia, where he studied Philosophy and Japanese.
Prior to joining the firm, Mack practiced in several areas of law, gaining experience with civil litigation, courtroom proceedings, settlement negotiations, probate administration, estate planning, contracts, and other disputes. His background also includes representing clients in domestic matters and assisting individuals and businesses with resolving challenging legal issues.
Earlier in his career, Mack worked as an Associate Trust Officer and Wealth Advisor, assisting clients with retirement plans, investment portfolios, and estate planning documents. This experience provides him with an additional perspective when legal matters involve significant financial considerations.
Outside of his legal practice, Mack enjoys speaking and writing in Japanese and serving on community boards. He values being involved in his community and helping others work through issues that matter to them.
